Culpeper Campus Data Center (IAD 5 and IAD6) is a planned data center located in Culpeper, Virginia. It will have a capacity of 192 MW. It is expected to become operational in 2027. Being developed by DataBank. The facility would sit on 85 acres of land. The building would encompass 613,152 square feet.
