Cleanview Data & Report License Terms

Upon payment, Cleanview grants Customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Licensed Content for Customer's internal business purposes. This includes the right to:

• Store, view, and analyze the Licensed Content;
• Combine it with Customer's own data or third-party data;
• Build internal models, tools, and analyses using it (including training models for Customer's internal use); and
• Create reports, charts, presentations, and other work products based on it (“Derived Works”), provided they do not reproduce a substantial portion of the underlying records or report content.

Customer will not, and will not allow others to:

• Sell, license, sublicense, publish, post, or otherwise redistribute the Licensed Content, or any substantial portion of it, to anyone outside Customer's organization, including affiliates, parent companies, and subsidiaries not named on the purchase;
• Use the Licensed Content to build, train, or improve a product or dataset that competes with Cleanview, or that would substitute for purchasing Licensed Content from Cleanview;
• Post reports on public websites, in shared repositories, or on internal systems accessible to people outside Customer's organization;
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, attributions, or proprietary markings; or
• Use the Licensed Content in violation of applicable law.

Customer may publish Derived Works, and may quote brief excerpts, figures, or findings from reports, provided that Cleanview is clearly credited as the source (for example, “Source: Cleanview” with a link to cleanview.co where practical). Customer will not state or imply that Cleanview endorses Customer's conclusions, products, or services.

Cleanview owns all rights, title, and interest in the Licensed Content, including all copyrights and database rights. Customer owns its Derived Works, subject to Cleanview's continuing rights in the underlying Licensed Content. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

Licensed Content is delivered electronically on or after receipt of payment. Data exports reflect Cleanview's database as of the export date, and reports reflect information available as of their publication date. Cleanview has no obligation to update, correct, or supplement the Licensed Content, or to provide technical support, though it may do so at its discretion. Ongoing access to updated data is available separately through a Cleanview subscription.

The Licensed Content is compiled from public and commercially available sources, including regulatory filings, corporate announcements, developer websites, trade publications, government databases, and satellite imagery. Cleanview makes no representation or warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. The Licensed Content represents Cleanview's best available estimates and should be independently verified before being relied on for critical business decisions. It is not investment, legal, or engineering advice. To Cleanview's knowledge, the Licensed Content contains no material non-public information and no personal data other than publicly available professional contact information.

The Licensed Content is provided “as is.” Cleanview disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Fees are as stated at checkout or on Customer's invoice and are due at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable once the Licensed Content has been delivered. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude sales, use, VAT, and similar taxes, which Cleanview will add where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleanview's total liability arising out of or relating to the Licensed Content or these terms will not exceed the fee Customer paid for the Licensed Content giving rise to the claim. Neither party will be liable for lost profits or revenue, or for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If Customer materially breaches these terms and does not cure the breach within 15 days of notice (or immediately, if the breach cannot be cured), Cleanview may terminate the license. On termination, Customer will stop using the Licensed Content and delete all copies, including from backups where practical. Sections 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination. Because unauthorized redistribution may cause harm that money cannot adequately remedy, Cleanview may seek injunctive relief in addition to other remedies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado. These terms, together with the receipt or order confirmation, are the entire agreement regarding the Licensed Content and supersede any terms in Customer's purchase order or vendor portal. Cleanview may update these terms for future purchases, but the version in effect at the time of purchase governs that purchase. Neither party may assign this agreement without the other's consent, except to a successor in a merger or sale of substantially all of its business. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Notices to Cleanview may be sent to support@cleanview.co. Any modification to these terms for a specific purchase must be in writing and signed by Cleanview.
